Program Philosophy

Team Mission Statement

• We will be consistently guided by our unwavering personal commitment to the highest standards expected of us as Catholics and members of this football team.
• Our daily actions will be deliberately focused and uncompromising.  They will not be driven by emotion, fatigue, or the need for acceptance.
• To achieve our goals, we will relentlessly hold ourselves accountable and demonstrate unfailing and selfless dedication to the betterment of our team, school, and community. 

Each player is required to memorize and be prepared to recite our team Mission Statement.

Roadmap to Success

• In order to accomplish our mission, we will continue to build upon the values already instilled in us by the Catholic Church and our families.
• We will forge a foundation for success both on and off the field using a simple set of core values designed to guide us in thought, word, and action  

Core Values

• Honor - Living your life with integrity, responsibility, honesty, and respect.
• Courage - Doing what is right in the face of fear, uncertainty or intimidation through the use of mental, moral, and physical strength.
• Commitment - Living your life with unwavering and selfless dedication to the concern for others, and an unrelenting determination to achieve a standard of excellence in every endeavor.
• Resilience - Developing an innate ability to overcome adversity through relentless mental and physical preparation, consistently leveraging our faith in God and each other.

Each player is required to know the specific core values and be able to generalize/verbalize a synopsis of each.

Staff Mission

Help parents to form young men of honor, courage, commitment, and resilience who will sacrifice for others and positively impact our community and society, as a whole. Ultimately this means “GET YOUR SON TO HEAVEN.”
